Questions we hear a lot.

What does full management include?
Everything. We market the property, handle applications, vet and reference tenants, complete the inventory, and move the tenants in. From there we keep the property fully legally compliant, carry out regular inspections, manage maintenance, and collect the rent. It is a complete, hands-off service from start to finish.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover Leeds, Sheffield, and the surrounding areas. If you have a property nearby, get in touch and we will let you know if we can help.
How is my money protected?
We're registered with Propertymark and are covered by Client Money Protection, which means your funds are ring-fenced and insured. We're also members of the Property Redress Scheme for independent dispute resolution. Full details are available on our Compliance and Policy page.
How quickly can you take over management?
If the property is vacant, we can take over as soon as it is ready to be managed. If it is currently with another agent, it depends on the termination clause in your agreement with them. Send us the contract and we will take a look.
What fees will I pay?
Our fee structure is fully transparent and published on our Landlord Information and Fees Guide. Exact costs depend on the service you choose, which we'll confirm in writing before you commit.
